Interpump Group has recently announced the acquisition, through its subsidiary Transtecno, of 80% of Draintech company.
The company, based in Anzola dell’Emilia (BO) produces gearboxes and components for mechanical transmission and a complete line of trapezoidal mechanical screw jacks.
In this way, Transtecno – which already last year had acquired DZ Trasmissioni, a historic manufacturer of right-angle gearboxes and screw jacks – is expanding its range even more.
The founders of Draintech, with their twenty years of experience, will continue to be involved in the company’s activities while remaining the point of reference for customers.
