After about a year of development, we have integrated warehouse software into the management system, which has changed the face of the entire logistical and manufacturing structure. We are now able to control the movement and storage of components and products in the warehouse and to process transitions, including receiving, picking, reordering and shipping.
The warehouse software integrates seamlessly with the product traceability system, based on the use of QR code, which illustrates in real-time and remotely which product it is and which production order it refers to. In case of necessity, we would also be able to launch recall campaigns, aimed for example, at the automotive sector. This results in a considerable optimisation of the warehouse, with a more rigorous management of processes.
