Application after application, we have developed many movements in the accessibility sector, where we are able to provide numerous couplings between gearboxes and DC motors, based on the customer’s specific needs.
In synergy with a well-known European manufacturer, we have developed all the gearmotors for rotating doors, using helical parallel and/or helical bevel gearboxes together with various types of DC motors.
We are supplying DC worm gearmotors to a well-known producer of robbery-prevention controlled accesses.
Other European stairlift manufacturers have come to us for various installations; for a type of stairlift with particular needs we have provided a specially customised gearmotor consisting of a worm gearbox and an EC series permanent magnet DC motor.
Again a worm gearbox, but this time together with an ND series rare earth DC motor (also customised), has been applied to lift platforms of one of the sector’s world leaders. A solution that is compact but high performance, features that are very much appreciated in the sector.
We have developed technical application expertise which allows us to best assist manufacturers, and develop ideal gearmotors, which may also be tailor-made. Worm, helical bevel and helical parallel gearboxes together with DC motors.
Those listed are all solutions that will be present at Interlift 2015, the Trade Fair we’re attending in Germany in October.
