We have taken a very important, strategic step forward to continue our growth process and maintain our position as point of reference in the power transmission market, both as Transtecno and as the Power Transmissions Division of Interpump Group.
On January 14th this year, Interpump Group announced that they were closing on their acquisition of DZ Trasmissioni, right-angle transmissions manufacturer in Zola Predosa (Bologna), under the conditions already announced in November 2020.
The last step in the process is the merger by incorporation between DZ Trasmissioni and Transtecno, planned for May 1st 2021. Our range of AC, CC and BLDC gearmotors will be expanded, thanks to the DZ Division, with its right-angle transmissions, screw jacks, and linear actuators.
DZ products can solve any rotary power transmission problem between two or more axes set at 90°, with a full range of products and excellent design capabilities when it comes to custom-built solutions.
Thanks to thirty years in the industry, the brand, products and staff of DZ Trasmissioni, will continue to be a linchpin for many satisfied customers. The DZ Team will continue to be the main technical and sales reference point for right-angle transmissions, screw jacks, and actuators, forming an authentic Business Unit within the Transtecno corporate organisation.
