The newest addition is the new bronze casting area. This internal section allows us to completely control the critical casting process (casting of bronze external ring on cast iron ). The process is carried out by an automatic shell die casting machine and it allows us to guarantee the  characteristics in the original project (final hardness, percentage of alloy components, cooling time).

We have recently made an agreement with an important distributor, Automatic in the south of Brazil. Automatic exclusively distributes gearboxes in Santa Catarina and Paranà.
Luiz Lentz Jr. manages activities  in South America. “ We are very happy with this partnership. Automatic are market leaders in the automation sector in Santa Catarina. Signer Elektromotoren AG distributes Transtecno products in Switzerland. Signer has a spacious warehouse that holds our complete range (CM, CMG, CMB, PG, EC) which helps to fulfill immediate local demand.
