Poultry farming automation
The Brazilian firm AG Comando Elétricos, lead by Mr. Genê Renner is one of the companies that uses gearmotors from our Poultrytecno range for opening and closing windows in poultry farms. Mr. Renner has years of experience in the poultry farming automation sector and is an excellent partner with whom we can develop our applications.
Application for chairs
We have developed a special unit for a chair manufacturer that produces chairs for dental practices and hairdressers etc. They requested the following specifications : low noise and compact size.
The selected gearmotor is made up of a wormgearbox and a small DC motor, both the motor and small wormgearbox work very quietly and are ideal for applications in the professional workplace.
Alternatively to the DC motor a single phase motor can be used and also in this case the specifications of low noise and compact dimensions are respected.
Gearmotor for pellet stoves
Our gearmotor is being used in one of the new pellet stoves of a renown Italian manufacturer. The gearmotor is made up of a small wormgearbox and AC motor which is used to transport the pellets in to the combustion chamber. The main characteristics of this gearmotor are low noise, a factor very important for these stoves, intermittent service, no fan and high torque despite its compact dimensions.
