Gearmotors for packaging machines
The helical gearmotor is one of the solutions used in the packaging industry, particularly for wrapping pallets.
The gearmotor for wrapping pallets is made up of a helical gearbox from the CMG range with a AC or DC motor. Alternatively, for similar applications wormgearboxes from the CM range can also be used.
This is one of many solutions that can be used in other machines of the packaging industry, for example palletizer machines, cartoning machines and forming machines.
Gearmotors for pasta machines
The kneading pasta machine and the more simple extruder are 2 of the many machines used to make pasta. The gearmotor in the picture is used in these applications for the movement of the electric cutter that forms the pasta shape. The group is made up of a low voltage DC motor from the EC range and a small planetary gearbox.
Gearmotors for juice machines
The application in the photo is used for juice machines. This gearmotor is made up from a wormgearbox from the CM series and a DC motor from our EC series.
It’s a standard group that can be found in many sectors. It’s also flexible as the size,power and voltage of the gearmotor can vary depending on the size of the machine.
