Gearmotor for pellet stoves
Our gearmotor is being used in one of the new pellet stoves of a renown Italian manufacturer. The gearmotor is made up of a small wormgearbox and AC motor which is used to transport the pellets in to the combustion chamber. The main characteristics of this gearmotor are low noise, a factor very important for these stoves, intermittent service, no fan and high torque despite its compact dimensions.
A solution for Access Control Vestibules
The solution for security doors, particularly for Access Control Vestibules, is composed of a wormgearbox and a DC electric motor with the possibility of encoder assembly. This DC gearmotor is ideal because it has been developed specifically to meet the sizing requirements for this application. An alternative solution to the worm gear reducer would be a wormgearbox with prestage.
Aandrijvingen voor ramen
Gecombineerde aandrijvingen worden vooral gebruikt bij het automatiseren van ramen in de pluimvee industrie en bij veehouderijen. We gebruiken twee wormwielreductoren welke worden samengebouwd. Deze combinatie wordt uitgevoerd met een AC of DC motor. De DC oplossing wordt uitgevoerd met een batterijvoeding. Deze twee groepen worden wereldwijd gebruikt als aandrijving voor het openen en sluiten van ramen.
