Transtecno srl- De moedermaatschappij; met het hoofdkantoor in Anzola Emilia (Bologna) produceert aandrijfcomponenten. Een volledige range vertragingskasten en elektro motoren.
Hangzhou Transtecno Power Transmissions Co Ltd (HTC Co Ltd)- De fabrikant van de Transtecno Groep, begeleidt en managed de productie activiteiten in China. Een team van ingenieurs richt zich voornamelijk op kwaliteits controle.

Sales Office France- Is gevestigd in Lyon, hoofdstad van het Rhône-Alpen gebied, de op een na belangrijkste industriële regio in Frankrijk. Jean-Marc Saino met kennis van de markt, product- en doelgroep, managed de verkoopactiviteiten.
Sales Office Eastern Europe and Middle East- Sales Office Eastern Europe & Middle East (EME Office) coordinates business across the strategic countries divided between Europe, Asia and Africa which all have increasingly important markets.
Sales Office Brazil- Ons Distributiepunt voor Brazilië, verantwoordelijk voor de OEM-markt, is gelegen in Porto Alegre. De Braziliaanse markt expandeert snel en toont opmerkelijke groeicijfers.
