Aandrijvingen voor verpakkingsmachines
De haakse tandwielkast is een van de oplossingen welke worden gebruikt in de verpakkingsindustrie, met name voor het omwikkelen van pallets.
De aandrijving voor het omwikkelen van pallets is samengesteld uit een haakse tandwielkast uit de CMG serie met een AC of DC motor. Als alternatief kunnen voor deze toepassingen ook wormwielreductoren uit de CM serie worden toegepast.
Dit is een van de vele oplossingen die kunnen worden gebruikt in andere machines in de verpakkingsindustrie, bijvoorbeeld palletiser machines en kartonneermachines.
Gearmotors for pasta machines
The kneading pasta machine and the more simple extruder are 2 of the many machines used to make pasta. The gearmotor in the picture is used in these applications for the movement of the electric cutter that forms the pasta shape. The group is made up of a low voltage DC motor from the EC range and a small planetary gearbox.
Gearmotors for juice machines
The application in the photo is used for juice machines. This gearmotor is made up from a wormgearbox from the CM series and a DC motor from our EC series.
It’s a standard group that can be found in many sectors. It’s also flexible as the size,power and voltage of the gearmotor can vary depending on the size of the machine.
